Abstract

The goal of the evaluation research is an appraisal of the accomplishments of the College set against the ambitions vested in the institute at its inception and given the financial means available. The core evaluation questions were: What was the ambition for which the College for human rights was established, how does the College function and how should the allocation of the budget of the College be appraised? What is the appraisal of the size of the College’s budget, set against the ambitions for the College, in the view of the College itself, in the view of its stakeholders and according to independent experts?

Het onderzoek richtte zich op een beoordeling van de prestaties van het College in relatie tot de ambities bij oprichting en gegeven de beschikbare middelen. Leidend bij het onderzoek waren de volgende hoofdvragen: Wat is de ambitie met het College voor de Rechten van de Mens, hoe functioneert het College en hoe is de wijze waarop het beschikbare budget is ingezet te beoordelen? Hoe beoordelen het College, de stakeholders en onafhankelijke deskundigen het aan het College toegekende budget, gegeven de ambitie die met het College bestaat? INHOUD: 1.
