dc.description.abstract | This report contains a multinational overview of cannabis production regimes, with a special focus on identifying and describing official statements and/or legal decisions made about production regimes for non-medical and non-scientific purposes (i.e., recreational use for adults). This research report describes the ways in which these policies developed in selected countries, and the legal, legislative and voters' decisions that shaped them.
