Rechtsvergelijkende verkenning in het kader van het programma herijking faillissementsrecht

Abstract

On 26 November 20123, the Minister of Security and Justice indicated that the intend to investigate whether parts of the Dutch Bankruptcy Act can be improved. This has resulted in the Program 'Realignment of the Insolvency Law' in the Netherlands. The aim of this comparative study is to provide background information for the intended measures to be taken. The research focuses successively on the following countries: Belgium, Germany, England, France, Italy and Spain.

Dit is een rechtsvergelijkende verkenning ten behoeve van de nadere invulling van enkele in het Programma Herijking Faillissementsrecht aangegeven beleidsvoornemens. Het onderzoek richt zich op de landen: België, Duitsland, Engeland, Frankrijk, Italië en Spanje.
