dc.description.abstract	The main goal of this research is to examine the consequences of the implementation of a recently proposal for a directive with respect to the review of the 'acquis communautaire' in the field of consumer contract law. The research also examined the consequences of the so-called Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR) for consumer contract law in the Netherlands.
