Harmonisatie van het consumentencontractenrecht in Europa

Abstract

The main goal of this research is to examine the consequences of the implementation of a recently proposal for a directive with respect to the review of the 'acquis communautaire' in the field of consumer contract law. The research also examined the consequences of the so-called Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR) for consumer contract law in the Netherlands.

Het doel van dit onderzoek is om aandachtspunten te leveren voor de standpuntbepaling en inbreng van Nederland bij de onderhandelingen over de horizontale richtlijn herziening consumentenacquis en het gemeenschappelijk referentiekader voor EU-contractenrecht, met betrekking tot het onderdeel Consumentenrecht.
