dc.description.abstract	This is a study into the procedure followed by the police and the Public Prosecutions Service in making arrangements for compensation as well as that followed by claims for damages within the criminal justice process. The study focuses on both measures and bottlenecks, whereby attention is also paid to the compensation order in respect of the retail sector as well as problem areas that have been encountered in this context.
dc.description.abstract	Dit is een onderzoek naar de vraag hoe schadebemiddeling door politie en OM verloopt en hoe de schadeclaim binnen het strafrechtelijke traject verloopt. Het onderzoek richt zich op zowel de maatregelen als de knelpunten, waarbij tevens aandacht wordt geschonken aan de schadevergoedingsmaatregel voor de detailhandel en knelpunten die aldaar worden ervaren.
