Evaluatie afgifte VOG RP

Abstract

The Certificate of Good Behaviour (Legal Entities) [verklaring omtrent het gedrag rechtspersonen, VOG Rp] is a new instrument. The number of applications has fallen short of expectations. The aim of the project is to carry out an interim evaluation, eighteen months after implementation, of the use and usability of the VOG Rp. The study is to provide an insight into the users of the VOG Rp and their opinion on the instrument. The study must also provide an insight into why use of the VOG Rp is relatively limited, as well as identifying possibilities with regard to promoting the use of this instrument.

De verklaring omtrent het gedrag rechtspersonen (VOG RP) is een nieuw instrument. Het aantal aanvragen valt tegen in vergelijking met de verwachtingen. De probleemstelling is als volgt geformuleerd:Hoe kunnen de belanghebbenden en de aanvragers worden getypeerd?Waarom is het gebruik van de VOG RP tot nu toe beperkt gebleven? Hoe kan het gebruik van de VOG RP onder deze groepen worden gestimuleerd? Welke aanpassingen van het instrument zijn daarvoor nodig?Is er behoefte aan een ander integriteitsinstrument? Op welke punten verschilt dit instrument van de VOG RP?
