Abstract

Evaluation of the amendment of the Provision of Medicines Act [Wet op de geneesmiddelenvoorziening] and the Economic Offences Act [Wet op de economische delicten] in connection with the classification of the illegal trade of doping substances as an economic offence, partly for the purpose of reinforcing the measures to combat doping in sport. The study focuses on whether or not there has been any improvement with regard to combating the unauthorised production and illegal trade of doping substances since the change in the law. Evaluatie van de wijziging van de Wet op de geneesmiddelenvoorziening en de Wet op de economische delicten in verband net de aanwijzing als economisch delict van illegale handel in geneesmiddelen, zulks mede ter verbetering van de bestrijding van doping in de sport. Onderzocht is of sinds de wetswijziging de aanpak van de illegale handel en van de productie van dopingmiddelen is verbeterd.
