In dit rapport wordt verslag gedaan van de praktijk van uithuisplaatsing van minderjarigen met een maatregel van ondertoezichtstelling (OTS) en terugplaatsing. Met dit onderzoek is meer zicht gekregen op het proces van uithuisplaatsing van minderjarigen en het werken aan terugplaatsing in het gezin. In dit onderzoek staan vier vragen centraal
