Toetsend onderzoek tarieven van een aantal producten
Abstract
This is an evaluative study of the current fees of a limited sample of ‘official acts’ that can be performed by a judicial officer. The goal of this study is to assess whether this sample of fees still complies with the assumptions that were formulated by the ‘Van der Winkel Commission’ in 2001.
Er is onderzoek verricht naar de vraag in hoeverre de tarieven die momenteel aan schuldenaren worden berekend, nog in verhouding staan tot de huidige integrale kostprijs van de ambtshandelingen van gerechtsdeurwaarders.
